Made in BC – Dance on Tour was founded in 2006 as a program to bring presenters and artists together, to increase the amount of BC-based contemporary work touring the province.
Since then, we have evolved to become inclusive of main-stage, site-specific, and community-engaged works from all cultural backgrounds, with a joint focus on presenter and artist development.
Our goal is to increase the amount of cool dance being made and seen in the the province, and to help artists get their work out there into national and international markets.
