Sergio Elmir is an artist manager, music consultant and curator based in Toronto, Canada with over a dozen years of experience working with local, national and international artists.

In 2017, Sergio launched Futuro Libre Creative Agency (FLCA). FLCA uses a social enterprise model, built on the framework of fair compensation, safe spaces, mentorship and allyship to support artists and audiences that identify as Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC) in both creative and business ventures.

FLCA works on artist and audience development for a variety of Latinx-Canadian artists including: Alex Cuba, The Mariachi Ghost, New Tradition Music, LOLAA, and Los Poetas. FLCA also works in music consulting and curation for a variety of cultural institutions including: Harbourfront Centre, the Aga Khan Museum, TD Jazz Fest, RPM Live, World Haus Records, The Music Gallery, Toronto Fringe Festival, Canadian Music Week, the CAB Tour, LyricFind and others.
