15 year-old soprano Annabelle Edmunds-Ramsay is one of Atlantic Canada’s most promising young performing artists.
She sings in many languages but sharing Nunatsiavut’s Inuttitut classical music means the most. She has performed as a soloist with diverse groups like Shallaway Youth Choir, Indigenous Performing Arts NL, Artistic Fraud of Newfoundland, Lady Cove Choir, Newfoundland Symphony Orchestra, and Opera on the Avalon.
Annabelle was named the 2025 Junior Youth of the Year at the City of St. John’s Applause Awards.
