Rebecca is the Tour Producer with critically acclaimed 2b theatre company based in Kji'puktuk/Halifax, NS. For 2b, she has managed international tours of award-winning shows, most notably Old Stock: A Refugee Love Story. Prior to 2b, Rebecca worked as General Manager and Artistic Programmer for Classic Theatre Cobalt, and as Artistic Associate Producer for Sudbury Theatre Centre. As a secondary school teacher, she has worked in the UK, on-set with child actors in film and television, and within the education department of various theatre companies. She has a Specialized Honours Degree in Theatre, a Double Minor in Philosophy and Sociology from York University, a BEd from the University of Toronto, a Certificate in Arts and Cultural Management from Grant E. MacEwan University, and is an active member of the Ontario College of Teachers. With deep pride and gratitude, Rebecca is from rural northeastern Ontario on the traditional territory of Cree, Ojibway, and Algonquin Peoples.
