  • The Tool: IPAA’s vision has and will continue to evolve as contexts change and new priorities emerge. However, our organizational structure is unique, aiming to better represent Indigenous communities’ distinct relational structure. The organization operates as a tool rather than a service. As such, IPAA desires and requires its membership’s active interest and participation. Of course, both work entirely in our members’ favour. IPAA aims to facilitate the participatory and discursive interaction upon which Indigenous communities’ are founded.

  • Our Virtual Geography:  IPAA’s expanding online presence grounds the organization’s tool restructuring.  By providing the community with an online space, the virtual geography, IPAA engages its membership in ongoing discussion, solidarity, advocacy, and initiatives. This virtual geography is open space, within and through which to consolidate diverse peoples, geographies, and artistic disciplines.
